I’ve been an educator for Redken & evo and have had extensive training in color(brunettes,reds,coppers), blonding, extensions, haircuts, bridal, runaway, editorial and being salon owner(10yrs)! Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation Policy Appointment Changes & Cancellations We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. Late Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a 50% service fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. Membership Clients • Membership clients are still required to adhere to the 24-hour cancellation policy for scheduled services. Missed appointments may not be rescheduled within the same month. Multiple Missed Appointments Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges or membership suspension. Special Circumstances We understand emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at the discretion of management for emergencies or unavoidable situations. Agreement By booking an appointment with me, clients agree to this cancellation policy and understand that charges for late cancellations or no-shows may be applied.
